Introducing Bulgari Lighthouse, a residential building by Meraas in Jumeirah bay Island consisting of 4 and 5-bedroom penthouses. It rises from the sea to the sky, illuminating the horizon and providing a sanctuary of rest and peace. It is a unique place where architecture and natural landscape hit to create an ever-changing canvas of contrasts.
This imposing building represents a bold and spacious presence within a low-rise complex. Covered in coral, the Bulgari Lighthouse offers the perfect refuge in the centre of an ever-changing natural canvas. Designed to seamlessly connect the interior and exterior spaces, the exterior layout wraps around and unites the central interior spaces, including four or five ensuite bedrooms. Exquisitely designed spaces are separated by layers of architectural corrals that create elegant and livable outdoor spaces on each floor.
Bulgari Lighthouse bedrooms are defined by subtle elegance with natural materials such as oak flooring and oak panelling on the walls. The bedrooms have walk-in closets with en-suite bathrooms and access to large balconies that wrap around the living spaces and offer stunning views. The living room is housed in a glass façade, which gently curves to embrace the interior spaces and showcase uninterrupted views of the ocean and city. It takes this concept further by curving to reflect the angle of the façade.
